Dozo~!!!

Woot! Haven't had something different to eat for quite a long time! Ashley recommended this place at Valley Point for fine modern Japanese food. Note that it's Ashley, not Ashlie! Haha! Ashley is Xta's cousin. Anyway, went to check out the place last night.


At the waiting area...

They were kind enough to let us in because we were there almost closing time. They even arranged a private room for us to dine in!! Heee... They serve a 7 course meal for dinner - starter, cold dish, side dish, soup, main, dessert and drinks. They serve somewhat like a degustation menu but you get to choose from a few choices for each course except for the starter which is a chef's seasonal assorted platter.


Complimentary lime sorbet to clear your buds! Not butt!!

Starter: Chef's seasonal assorted platter. Tiny bit of smoked salmon, scallop and foie gras!!


His cold dish: Seasonal sashimi platter.


My cold dish!! I love raw beef!! Beef tataki here.


His side dish: Hirakata mushroom.. Not very special though..


My side dish: Foie gras chawanmushi~


Our soup: Crab bisque cupacino style. Drink it like coffee!! It's all foam!


Our main: Beef tenderloin on hot stone.


As usual... Someone never wait...


His dessert: Cheese cake...


My dessert!! Lava cake with ice cream! The cake sibeh YUM!!

Did all the photo borders with Photoscape. Hehe... Coming home last night, Ah Gu greeted me downstairs. Ah Gu is sooo cute!! His name came from his patches and he knows his name when I call him!!


He always wait for me outside the shop while I buy ciggy.
