I Had Laksa. I Had Steamboat.

I had Laksa Steamboat just now!!

Well... The picture doesn't look very appealing but it's actually the only special thing about the whole meal. Steamboat is all about dumping raw items into hot soup. Laksa as soup base is indeed something different. Trust the laksa taste good because they are from the famous Katong Laksa.

Just look at how an idiot drinking the soup away before dishes are served.

Anyway, I think the side dishes are lousy. Just the usual list of raw meat and vege that you would go with steamboat. I think they should have better quality of things on their menu to make it even tastier. Maybe instead of normal beef slice, they can have marbled beef in the menu as well. Oh and they also serve some zi char dishes.

What we've ordered...

Prawns, pork, pig's liver, beef, cockles, vermicelli and quail eggs. For those who know me, these are boring food to me. =X And who the hell eat pig's liver with laksa?! I wasn't the one who ordered.

That's the "big" lot of poorly taken photos I took with my DSLR. Zzz... Wasn't in a good mood. The moment he got on the car when I fetched him, he saw I brought along my DSLR and went, "You want to shoot laksa ah?" Knn he think it's a joke or crap. Well he didn't know I was going to bring him for something different. I only told him we were going for laksa, but it reminded me of the other day at Sapporo Ramen Miharu. As our orders came and I exclaimed that I didn't bring along my camera. His remark was, "这个面有什么好拍！！" What an idiot! Zzzz... Instant turnoff for me. If he don't know how to appreciate what people do, at least try to respect!! So it means expensive food then worth shooting? Then he should bring me go eat more of those then!

I've updated the to-do list. Nothing has been done, but more things to do added. Zzz... Also added a wish list. Hehehe... I didn't put the it there as a hint for anyone, but if you are feeling generous, I don't mind. =Þ
